Mt. Everest, the tallest mountain in the world, is the symbol of both the height and depth of our aspiration. Ascending Mt. Everest is the ultimate symbol of our personal struggle to achieve. It embodies a universal understanding of our fundamental craving to triumph and will forever be a symbol of our greatest achievements.

To us, Everest is a symbol of peak performance, a summit, a pinnacle. It represents major accomplishment, and sometimes how insurmountable some organizations and learners view learning and change. Change can be frightening or intimidating, but conquering the summit is an achievable goal that requires commitment and dedication.

For us, adventure is analyzing the now to move into the future. Adventure is inherent to our nature and we continue to push the envelope to go beyond our limits. Each of us has our own Everest.
