Coline T. Son Lee, CISA, PMP, CPLP

Coline has an international career background spanning 15 years in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, construction and software projects. Her management experience on large projects includes the $500M Titan Methanol Plant which set global capacity records. She has worked alongside some of the biggest names in industrial construction, such as Siemens, Lurgi Oel-Gas-Chemie and Voestalpine AG.

Coline earned her Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from The Craig School of Business. She holds certifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS), U.K. Coline is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI®), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) through the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) through the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Coline, as an active member of PMI, is very involved in developing project managers locally and volunteers her time at community project forums.

Diane L. Smith, PMP, CPLP

Diane has 20 years of experience in training, facilitating and instructional design including eight years of project experience. As a subject matter expert in the law enforcement and public safety field, she has consulted with national leading public safety software developers providing design, analysis and quality assurance expertise. Diane also designed, developed and delivered a comprehensive software training program to the Los Angeles International Airport Police dispatch team.

Diane is an active member of PMI and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and has been involved in outreach programs, bringing project management awareness to university level students. She has designed, developed and presented several Train-the-Trainer, software application and instructional courses for public safety and law enforcement. To compliment her many years of experience, she holds a PMP® certification and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
