Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that things can happen out of the blue. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 10 business days prior to the start of the event and you will be refunded your entire registration fee less a 10% administrative fee.

As a courtesy to the planners, simply send us your written notice of your intent not to attend via email or fax (599) 264-7334 with “CANCELLATION” in the subject. No refunds will be made for requests after that time.

If we receive your cancellation request within 10 business days of the first day of the event, you may send a substitute attendee in your place by informing us in writing. Otherwise, the registration fee will be forfeited.

Refunds will be issued in the same form for which payment was made. We make every effort to process your refund immediately but please be aware it may take up to 10 business days for funds to be returned to your account. Registrants who cancel will not receive workshop materials.

everest cs reserves the right to cancel, change, or postpone any event, program or workshop for any reason, including insufficient registration. If we need to cancel a workshop, we will try to give you as much advance notice as possible. A full refund will be issued within 15 days from the date of cancellation. For those clients who are unable to attend a workshop because of a revised location or date, we will refund 100% of any pre-paid registration fees. Note however, we will not be liable for any costs incurred for travel, hotel, or any other consequential damages.
